SUPER SPECIALITY DENTAL HOSPITAL AND TRAUMA CENTRE
OBJECTIVES:
The aim of this project is to correct the various types of Cranio-facial deformities, post surgery defect, post injury rehabilitation, which are abandoned in our country. Various specialists of multiple disciplines will be involved in the treatment procedure. Keeping in mind the socio-economic status of our country, treatment will be done in a way that every section of the society be able to avail the treatment facility.
Maxillofacial Surgery and Maxillofacial Trauma is an area of specialization which is severely lacking in Eastern India. Infrastructural support is the most important part to cater such an area of interest of its highest level of satisfaction.
With this objective in view the group has taken up the project of creating a super speciality dental hospital and trauma centre. For this purpose a 10-acre land has been acquired on the northern fringe of Calcutta. The proposed hospital will focus on the following –

The state of the art hospital will cater to a dental college which will run on curriculum approved by The Dental Council Of India. The project is expected to be commissioned in 2005.
